How it Works

When you refer a buyer client (or a refinance client) to our team at PRMG (Paramount Residential Mortgage Group), we will pay you a bonus once the loan closes.

The bonus will be 30% of 1% of the loan amount. Here's an example:

For example, on a $500,000 loan, 1% is $5,000. You would receive 30% of the $5,000, which is $1,500. The structure stays the same across all loan types (including refinances); only the loan amount changes.

You Do NOT need to get an NMLS license in order to be paid. You will sign up as a W2 employee of PRMG (our parent company), which is a very quick and simple process and takes about 15 minutes. PRMG is one of the top 10 mortgage lenders in the U.S. Legally, you may be paid a bonus on loans IF you are a W2 employee of the lender. This is 100% RESPA compliant.

You will NOT receive an hourly wage or salary. But you will be paid via direct deposit straight to your bank account as W2 income (taxes are withheld) when loans you referred to us are closed. PRMG pays your bonus on a twice a month schedule, based on when the loan closes.

You can use your bonus however you like—it’s 100% yours to keep. This bonus is paid directly by PRMG and is separate from your real estate commission. As with any professional relationship, we recommend following your brokerage’s policies and keeping your broker informed if appropriate. Our goal is to provide a simple, compliant way for you to connect your clients with a trusted lending team. Your clients will sign a short disclosure acknowledging the referral relationship, so everything is transparent and handled properly. We’ll provide a simple script and support to make that conversation easy.

Our team is licensed in 49 states (excluding NY) and we will connect you with an outstanding loan officer on our team, who can help you get signed up for our bonus program and can assist your clients with all of their mortgage needs.

We work as a team to make sure both you and your clients have an outstanding experience from start to finish. We can quickly issue pre-approval letters for you, create open house flyers if you would like those, and we have some other marketing tools to offer as well. Your loan officer will be available on evenings and weekends also for assistance.

Which leads to another great opportunity for you! Clients often refinance their loans more often than they actually move and you can get paid if and when they refinance, as long as that refinance is done through our team. We will also regularly follow up with your referral clients after closing, helping us circle them back to you if they have questions about their home value or if perhaps they are thinking about making a move.
