Here's How it Works

When you or your agents refer a buyer client (or a refinance client) to our LO+RE Certified team at PRMG (Paramount Residential Mortgage Group), we will pay you a bonus once the loan closes.

The bonus will be 30% of 1% of the loan amount. Here's an example:

For example, on a $500,000 loan, 1% is $5,000. You would receive 30% of the $5,000, which is $1,500. The structure stays the same across all loan types (including refinances-a new revenue stream for you too); only the loan amount changes.

You Do NOT need to get an NMLS license or start a mortgage company in order to be paid. You will sign up as a W2 employee of PRMG (our lending partner), which is a very quick and simple process and takes about 15 minutes. PRMG is one of the top 10 mortgage lenders in the U.S. Legally, you may be paid a bonus on loans IF you are a W2 employee of the lender. This is 100% RESPA compliant and PRMG has extensively researched this with their legal team.

You will NOT receive an hourly wage or salary. But you will be paid via direct deposit straight to your bank account as W2 income (taxes are withheld) when loans you or your agents referred to us are closed. PRMG pays your bonus on a once a month schedule, based on when the loan closes.

PRMG is licensed in 49 states (excluding NY). We will work closely with you to make sure the loan officer(s) we match with your team are a great fit. And we have an implementation process that helps your agents get to know the loan officer(s) in a natural way that builds trust. PRMG does a great job of creating smooth closings and offering a lot of options for buyers. The loan officers can quickly issue pre-approval letters, create open house flyers, and we have some other marketing tools to offer as well. The loan officers will be available on evenings and weekends also for assistance.

Here's Why Agents (and Their Clients) Love This

PRMG is a direct lender, meaning there are no "middle-men", which allows them to offer very competitve rates. They also keep and service most of their loans, which means the buyer clients won't have that confusing switch of who and where to make payments to a couple of months after closing like other lenders who sell their loans. It starts off with PRMG and remains with PRMG as long as the client keeps the loan. Clients LOVE this!

Which leads to another great opportunity for you! Clients often refinance their loans more often than they actually move and you can get paid if and when they refinance, as long as that refinance is done through our team. We will also regularly follow up with our mutual buyer clients after closing, helping us circle them back to you or your agents if they have questions about their home value or if perhaps they are thinking about making a move.
